580 WIBW/ K.A.N. Podcast: Economist Tanner Ehmke, Manager of CoBank’s Knowledge Exchange

Econonist Tanner Ehmke, who is the Manager of CoBank’s Knowledge Exchange and also one of the authors of CoBank’s Quarterly Economic Review, was the guest on Thursday morning’s Ag Issues program on 580 WIBW.  Ehmke discussed how the ag economy was impacted in the 3rd quarter and going forward by trade negotiations with China, Japan and the European Union, as well as the United States-Mexico-Canada agreement that has been stalled in the U.S. House of Representatives.  Ehmke also discussed weather impacts, harvest and maturity issues, along with supply/demand ramifications for corn and soybeans.
