AARP Kansas holding Social Security webinar next week

For those looking ahead to retirement, AARP Kansas is providing a webinar next week you should look into.

“We have one coming up on March 27,” said Mary Tritsch with AARP Kansas. “You can register for that ahead of time, really up to the day of the webinar. We do a lot of webinars on various topics. This one’s on Social Security.”

Since everyone’s situation is different, it’s good to get some general information.

“What do you need to know about Social Security?,” asked Tritsch. “When do you take it? How much do you take? How do you maximize the amount you get when you do retire? It’s a webinar. You sit in the comfort of your home or at the library and there’s an opportunity to ask questions of the experts.”

The webinar is scheduled for 6 p.m. Central on the 27th.
