Arrest made in Sunday night shooting

A Topeka teen is under arrest after a Sunday night shooting.

Police were called just before 7 p.m. to the area of NW Morse St. and NW Central Ave. on a report of a shooting. Officers found 29-year-old Shawn Bell there. Bell was suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

Police investigated and located 18-year-old Jacob I. Reisinger. Reisinger was arrested for aggravated battery, felon in possession of a firearm and criminal discharge of a firearm.
