Charges filed in Saturday night assault in Topeka

Charges have been filed in a Saturday night assault.
Forty-one-year-old John Douglas Logan Jr. was booked into jail on Monday on charges of aggravated battery and criminal possession of a firearm by a felon. This is connected to a shooting in the 1200 block of SW Polk just before midnight Saturday night into Sunday morning.
