Dog that bit two kids caught; owner still at large

Topeka Police have caught and quarantined the dog that attacked two children on Monday.

The bitings occurred around 3:15 Monday afternoon in the 1800 block of SW Buchanan.

A tan colored dog bit a boy before being removed by the owner. During the investigation, it was found that this was the dog’s second bite.
