Drug arrests made Friday in Jackson County

Three Topeka residents were arrested on drug charges Friday in Jackson County.

Sheriff Tim Morse says 29-year-old Arron Dale Martin was driving when his car was stopped near 94th Road and U.S. Highway 75 shortly after midnight Friday morning and Martin was arrested on a Jackson County warrant for failure to appear on drug charges. Two of his passengers were also arrested. Forty-year-old Gretchen Merissa Fortune was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Thirty-six-year-old Austin Healey Tonniges was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Martin and Fortune were still being held as of late Friday. Tonniges has been released on bond.
