Jayhawks, Others Speak at Day 1 of Big 12 Media Days

Big 12 Media Days 2019 kicked off in Dallas on Monday, with half of the league and plenty of dignitaries in attendance. One of those teams was the Kansas Jayhawks, making their first media days appearance under new coach Les Miles.
Miles addressed a myriad of topics during his press conference, ranging from the Pooka Williams Jr. suspension to KU’s talent level and more. Additionally, senior running back Khalil Herbert and senior offensive lineman Hakeem Adeniji spoke to Jake Lebahn and Dan Lucero of 580 Sports Talk to discuss the event and what’s to come in the 2019 season.
Along with KU several other teams made an appearance on Day 1, including the TCU Horned Frogs, whose coach, Kansas native Gary Patterson, also stopped by to speak with Jake and Dan. Plus, FOX college football analyst Joel Klatt made his yearly appearance on the show to break down the state of the Big 12.
