Monday death being investigated as homicide

Police have named the victim in what they are now calling a homicide from Monday morning.

Thirty-six-year-old John K. Waller’s body was found inside a residence in the 700 block of SW Wayne just before 9:45 a.m. Monday.

There were several suspicious circumstances witnessed by the responding officers. The residence was secured while an initial investigation was conducted.
