Motorcycle accident injures one Thursday

A motorcycle accident in Lyon County sent one person to the hospital Thursday night.
55 year old Andre Gibson was westbound in the 1100 block of north Highway 99 just before 6:30 p.m. when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed in the ditch.
Gibson had non-life-threatening injuries and was transported by EMS, to Newman Regional Hospital. He was not wearing any safety equipment during the accident.
