Police seeking two witnesses in July 13 shooting

Topeka Police are still looking for two people related to a shooting earlier this month.
Police say they arrested 20-year-old Jihad Anwar Keys of Topeka for Aggravated Battery, Felon in Possession of Firearm, and Aggravated Assault in connection with a shooting in the 1500 block of SW 16th on July 13.
Police are still looking to talk to 19-year-old Larry D. Huggins III and 21-year-old Anthony Soto about the incident.
