Saturday night shooting injures one in Topeka

Police are still searching for suspects in a shooting Saturday night in Topeka.

Officers were called just after 11 p.m. to 1516 SW 16th on the report of a shooting. A man was found with gunshot wounds outside of the home and taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Officers were told there were three men in a small dark colored 4-door car leaving north from the area at a high rate of speed.

The three men were described as wearing dark clothing. One of them had a shirt covering his face.
