Three Topekans were arrested Friday morning at the Holton Walmart.

Sheriff Tim Morse said the Holton Police Department and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office jointly investigated a theft which resulted in two drug arrests as well. Both agencies were requested to the store for suspicious activity.

Thirty-five-year-old Crystal Marie Hisaw of Topeka was arrested for possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespass.

Forty-year-old Robert E. Love Jr. of Topeka was arrested on possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft, possession of stolen property and identity theft.

Forty-year-old Jason Michael Moser of Topeka was arrested for driving while suspended and was released on bond on Friday.
