Topeka man arrested after robbery, lengthy standoff early Monday

A Topeka man was booked on aggravated robbery charges after a lengthy standoff Sunday night into Monday morning.
Thirty-six-year-old Todd Andrew Devlin II of Topeka robbed a person in the 2500 block of SW Clay and then holed up in their attic.
Tear gas was tossed in twice before Devlin came out early Monday morning.
He was booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections on charges of aggravated robbery and interference with law enforcement related to this incident.
