UTV accident kills one, injures two Sunday in Pottawatomie County

A fatal UTV accident happened in Pottawatomie County Sunday morning.
Sheriff’s officers were called to an area near Onage and Crevecoeur Road, north of Onaga, where the vehicle had overturned.
The Polaris ATV was northbound on Onaga Road when it left the roadway and entered into the west ditch causing it to overturn.
Fifty-five-year-old Brad Marten of Onaga was driving. He died at the scene. Forty-nine-year-old Tony Kuehl of Hoyt was taken to a hospital and 37-year-old Preston Simmons of Onaga was treated at the scene and released.
