Darrell Holaday with Country Futures commented on developments in the oil market, which was sharply higher on Monday.  He also explained why the grain markets continue to trade in a very narrow range, despite the fact export inspections have been very good and planting progress has been slow in many area.  On the livestock side, Darrell said the latest Cattle on Feed report confirms higher numbers moving to market in the late summer.
