Todd Neeley, staff writer with DTN/Progressive Farmer, commented on two lawsuits that have been filed in Iowa and Ohio to deal with nutrient runoff from farms and livestock operations.  The lawsuit in Iowa targets the Raccoon River watershed.  The suit in Ohio would impact thousands of farms around Lake Erie.  Todd also touched on widespread flooding along the Missouri River.
