WIBW Radio/KAN Podcast: McEowen Ag Law and Taxation Update

Roger McEowen, the Kansas Farm Bureau Professor of Agricultural Law and Taxation at the Washburn University School of Law, focused on four interesting development in Ag law and taxation.  He briefly commented on a bill introduced by Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders that would dramatically change federal laws on inheritance taxes.  Roger also talked about a court ruling that would impact tax preparers, as well as a court ruling involving a Nebraska irrigator.
