Farm Profit Seminar At Seneca February 26

The Farm Profit Seminar is scheduled Tuesday evening, Feb. 26, at the Nemaha County Community Center, 1500 Community Drive, Seneca, Kansas.

Answers to agriculture production and management concerns will be responded to at the seminar presented by the 580 WIBW Farm Department in cooperation with Meadowlark District Extension.

Doors open at 5:30 for attendees to visit the more than 20 agriculture product displays of the meeting sponsors.

Supper at 6 o’clock is complimentary of those sponsors, but reservations are requested so nobody goes away hungry.

The educational and always entertaining program coordinated by Greg Akagi, 580 WIBW farm director, begins at 6:45.

David Schemm, state executive director of the Kansas Farm Service Agency, will review implementation of the 2018 Farm Bill.

Parry Briggs, Frontier Farm Credit, is to present information for farmers to set up operations for success in today’s economy.

“Okay…So Now What?” is the title of discussion by Matt Hines, Loewen and Associates, Manhattan.
