Two hurt in Saturday Shawnee County accident

One person was seriously injured in a Saturday afternoon accident in Shawnee County.
According to a release from the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office, just before 4:15 p.m. Saturday a green Honda Accord was northbound in the southbound lanes of NW Capper Road when it collided with a gold Ford F350.
Both drivers were taken to Stormont Vail Hospital. A passenger in the truck was treated at the scene.
