Shawnee County Football Tour 2019 – Rossville Bulldawgs

Our third stop on the 2019 Shawnee County Football Tour is in Rossville, with a look at the Bulldawgs.

LAST YEAR: The Dawgs ripped off six straight wins to win their district and finished the season with an 8-3 record after a Regional round loss in the 2A playoffs. The narrow 24-22 loss to Humboldt ended a season that was a return to form for Rossville after a tough 2017.

PLAYERS TO WATCH: A familiar name assumes quarterback duties as sophomore Torrey Horak will call the signals, and he has talented juniors Bo Reeves and Tyree Sowers to distribute the ball to in what should be a potent offensive attack. Senior safety Kaleb Badura leads the charge on the defensive side of the ball. And in senior Kody Davoren the Dawgs have one of the best two-way linemen in Class 2A.
